Far Below Retail has not Responded to my Problem

I've talked to Jacob 4 times to discuss how to get the bed frame that was damaged by the movers replaced. Not once has he attempted to return of a single one of my calls. Buyer beware. Far Below Retail just wants the sale and doesn't want to provide any true product support post-purchase.
