File a Complaint Against a California Mortgage Broker

I was recently lied to and given misinformation by a Mortgage Broker who operates in the State of California. My formal complaint is still pending investigation, but I'm hopeful that I can get this person's license revoked.
Steps I Took:
1) Wrote a detailed complaint letter describing my complaint. I made sure to note specific references how I was negatively affected by this mortgage broker. In addition, I referenced specific phone calls, and include copies of emails and letters if possible.
2) Determine whether the mortgage broker who you wish to file a complaint is part of a national bank or not. Examples of national banks: Wells Fargo, Bank of America, U.S. Bank, etc.
3) If your mortgage broker is not part of a national bank, you can file a complaint directly with the California Department of Real Estate. If your mortgage broker is part of a national bank, you'll need to file your complaint with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency - Department of the Treasury
