I purchased a pair of Jobst white knee high compression stockings. The heels have worn out--has holes in them. The compression part of the socks are holding up though. I spoke with the customer service of Jobst and they defiantly gave me a hard time on when I purchased them and do I have the receipt. Who keeps the receipt on everything they buy?? and who knows the exact time and date one purchases an item?? They tout their "customer satisfaction guarantee", but they agrue with you on phone. They did not even offer me a free pair or any coupon to appease me. The customer service person just argued with me the whole time. How rude is that? I will never buy their products anymore and their customer service stinks.
