Case came lightly scratched (all plastic case products I've ordered are), no biggie. I inserted the iPhone into the case, left side first (volume buttons side) and moved the rest of the case into place. The volume buttons didn't work. Pressing the volume decrease button held the button down indefinitely and the increase volume button was unresponsive.
I owned a SwitchEasy case for my 3GS back in the day, but I don't think I'm going purchase any of their products going on forward, not because their products are defective, but due to their restrictive return/exchange policy.
